Nancy Wood Artist Details: Born in London in 1961, Nancy grew up with a talent for painting but it was not until 1996 that she gave up her career in industry to take up painting full time. She started her new career painting flowers in watercolour but then moved to bold abstracts which still retained the delicacy and translucence of her earlier work in watercolour. Nancy exhibits in galleries all over the UK and has held numerous successful solo exhibitions in Europe and the USA. She now divides her time between Hythe and the South of France. Living so locally she is happy to undertake commissions in a choice of colourways. |
