Artist Details:Jonathan was born Leeds in 1959. His parents were both creative, his father was a keen artist and his mother was a clothes designer.Jonathan knew from an early age that he would follow his parents in being interested in Art and it was evident from an early age that he had talent. After leaving school and having several unrewarding jobs Johnathan settled into interior design and in 1988 he decided to become a full-time artist.

In 1999 Jonathan was elected a fellow of the British Society of Painters and International Guild of Artists. He has been published by Demontfort Fine Art and was a finalist in the Up and Coming Artist in 2003 and 2004 and Best Selling Artist in 2004 and 2005 which was organised by the Fine Art Trade Guild.
