Granero

The flower studies by Granero are fresh and impressionistic and although the palette is muted the flowers and cherries are used to give a dash of colour.

Artist Details: Born in Alicante, Spain in 1954 Granero later worked as a writer in Barcelona where he became friendly with a large community of artists. He studied art at night school in company with Pilar Tell who has become well known for her fine figure work. After his studies and travelling around the world, Granero settled in Madrid where he has become an established artist of still life.
