Glacier Glass Studio

The new range of glass is called starburst and is based on an elegant copper wire design with red shards of glass. We also have new Stellar peices based on copper wire motifs with coloured flecks of glass and leaf metal.

The Glacier Glass Studio was founded in March 2000 by Emma Dicks. Emma has been working in glass for ten years having been trained in casting, fusing and slumping techniques with a degree gained from The University of Wolverhampton.

Everything produced by the studio is hand made with particular attention to the design and quality of finish. This makes each piece individual with characteristics shared across ranges.

Many of the works produced are a combination of materials comprising enamel metal and coloured glass with several kiln firings often being employed to achieve desired results.
